Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 3 working days. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

What should I do if my  electric ear cleaner does not work?

Attempt to charge your device. If the battery has been completely drained, it may take up to 5 minutes for the LED to begin to pulse, indicating charging is taking place. This is because the charger initially charges with a very low current to protect the battery. If the LED still does not respond after 5 minutes, please check that:

• The USB plug is firmly plugged into the socket (back circle).

• The main plug is firmly plugged into the wall socket.

How do I clean the electric ear cleaner?

Please use the following cleansing instructions: Wash the surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend spraying the device with alcohol and rinsing with warm water afterwards for optimal results. Allow the device to air-dry.
